Q: Can I use 5GHz Wi-Fi to add the lights?
A: No, only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi for configuration, but you could use either 5GHz or 2.4GHz Wi-Fi to control lights after you add the lights to APP successfully.
Q: Can I dim these lights by Physical Dimmer?
A: This smart lights are only dimmed by APP and Voice control, not supported by physical dimmer including Triac dimmer, 0-10V dimmer or smart dimmers.
Q: How many lights can I connect?
A: It depends on the connect limitation of your router, CloudyBay APP has no limitation of the connecting devices.
Q: Can I remote control this lights when I am on travel?
A: Yes, you can control your lights remotely if you added your lights to hub and turn in on.
Q: Do I need to connect the lights to transformer?
A: No, please connect the lights 120V power supply.
